Founded in 2015, Zhengzhou Ensoll Tools Technology Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of endless diamond wire saw machines and diamond wire loops for precision cutting. We develop equipment, cutting consumables and process solutions for hard, brittle and high-value materials.
Our machine range covers gantry, horizontal, vertical, laboratory and customized cutting systems. Typical applications include graphite, silicon, optical glass, ceramics, sapphire, quartz, magnetic materials and engineered composites where a narrow kerf, low cutting force and controlled surface damage are important.
Ensoll combines equipment design with wire-loop development and application testing. Customers can compare our endless diamond wire saw machines, select a matched endless diamond wire loop, and review material cutting cases before specifying a solution.
For projects with uncertain material behavior, geometry or tolerance, our team can perform sample cutting and recommend machine configuration, fixtures, wire specifications and process parameters. We also support international customers through technical consultation, customization and after-sales service.

Mechanical Design(3 to 7 days)
After communication and data confirmation, Ensoll engineers will design suitable wire cutting equipment according to customer needs. (Excluding standardized equipment)
Machine Production (20-30 working days)
We will arrange production after prepayment of customer, and the exactly delivery date will vary depending on whether it belong to standard machine or customized machine.
Transportation (15-40 days)
There are different modes of transportation to choose from. Air freight is fast but expensive, its a good choice for urgent orders, which can take up to10-15 days. Sea/Train is the most economical mode of transportation, which will takes 20-40 days.
Installation and Debugging (no need)
We ship the machine as a entirety and all parts will be installed and debugged before shipment, no need to install.Customers can directly use after plugging. But we do have our installation services,and we can arrange for the engineeringteam to come to customer's factory if needed.
