Location Memory
This machine is equipped with a Location Memory function, which automatically records the current cutting position in the event of an abnormal interruption. This allows for easy recovery and continuation of the cutting process.
This function is enabled by default.
Function Logic:
① Default on
The position memory function is enabled by default at the factory. Users can manually disable it in the setting page if needed.
② Automatic Position Recording During Abnormal Interruptions
If an abnormal event occurs during operation (such as power outage or emergency stop), the system will automatically record the current position as a memory point (point B), which will be used for resuming the cutting process.
③ Resuming After Restarting
After restarting the machine, clicking the "Auto" button will cause the diamond wire to return first to the previously set work origin (Point A) at fast automatic speed, and then move to the memory point (Point B) to resume cutting from here.
④ Handing Multiple Interruptions
If another interruption occurs before reaching the memory point (B), the system will retain Point B as the valid memory point.
However, if the wire has moved past the Point B and another interruption occurs at a new position (e.g., Point D), the system will update the memory point to Point D, ensuring the next resume point is accurate.
⑤ Behavior After Normal Completion
If the cutting task completes normally and the working origin is not reset, the system will continue to use the previously set working origin (point A) for the next automatic cutting process.
Users can also perform a reset operation in the system to clear the wheel groove runtime and reset it to zero, making it easier to manage maintenance records.
Notes:
① The runtime of the guide wheels and diamond wire is counted from the moment the wheels start rotating and the wire begins moving. The total machine runtime is calculated from the moment the machine is powered on.
② Do not perform the reset operation while the guide wheels or diamond wire are running. Please ensure the machine is in a stopped state before resetting, to maintain data accuracy and system stability.
Demister:
The demister is mainly used to remove mist, water vapor, or oil fumes generated during machine operation. This helps to keep the internal environment clean and stable, thereby improving operational efficiency and ensuring safety.
Notes: This function is only active when the demister button is turned on. Please enable it as needed according to your processing conditions.
